Dear readers and friends,
Thank you so much for your interest in my books. I’m thrilled to report I have three books coming out in the next few months, all holiday tales.
First, I can’t wait to introduce my readers to my new town of Haven Point with the release of the first book in the series, SNOW ANGEL COVE. This is a spin-off series to Hope’s Crossing and features Aidan Caine, brother to Brendan, Dylan and Charlotte Caine from Hope’s Crossing. Aidan is a sexy tech geek who appears to have everything – except the one thing he never realized he needed, a family of his own. I loved writing this book and have been thrilled with early reviews! Romantic Times gave the book 4 ½ stars and called it “A perfect holiday read.” Reviewer Melanie Bates went on to say, “A well-crafted plot combined with heartfelt storytelling proves Thayne is a true expert at writing contemporary holiday romance.” Isn’t that great?
Next up, I’m also eagerly anticipating the release of THE CHRISTMAS RANCH, available Nov. 18. This is the first book in an all-new Cowboys of Cold Creek trilogy, featuring three sisters who have suffered unimaginable loss but have learned to reach outside their pain to carry the holiday spirit to others. THE CHRISTMAS RANCH is being released by itself but also as a 2-in-1 with a reprint of one of my favorite Cold Creek stories, A COLD CREEK HOLIDAY (Emery Kendall and Nate Cavazos’s story). And just for you, my wonderful readers, the 2-in-1 will also include a bonus scene many of you have literally begged me to write for years – an epilogue to Emery’s and Nate’s story, when she at last reveals everything to the brothers who never knew she existed! I loved going back to revisit these characters who still seem like old and dear friends to me.
Finally, I think readers will be enthralled with TOGETHER FOR CHRISTMAS, a hardcover gift anthology with three wonderful authors and friends, Debbie Macomber, Brenda Novak and Sheila Roberts. I’m incredibly honored to have my one and only Cold Creek novella included in this lovely collection and know you will find each story a delight.
Whew! I told you I had many things going on right now! I guess you can tell I love holiday stories, both reading them and writing them.
As always, thank you so very much for your emails and letters. I truly love hearing from readers. It always touches my heart to know my stories have lifted yours a little.
All my very best,
