Dear readers,

SNOWFALL ON HAVEN POINT is finally available and I’m thrilled that so many of you have taken the time to let me know you’re enjoying Marshall and Andie’s story. I loved writing it and had so much fun giving these two characters the happy ending they deserve.

Snowfall on Haven PointI’m also loving some of the reviews of the book! Sara at Harlequin Junkie gave the book 4 1/2 stars and a Top Pick! She said, “Each year Thayne’s holiday book(s) get added to my keeper shelf and this absolutely lovely romance is no exception. With family drama, someone out to harm the sheriff, secrets from the past reappearing, and two rambunctious kids ready to spread some serious holiday cheer, SNOWFALL ON HAVEN POINT is sure to win readers over.”

And Janga at The Romance Dish said, “Thayne and Christmas romance go together like mistletoe and kisses, and SNOWFALL ON HAVEN POINT has enough Christmas packaged in it to please any reader with a love of holiday romances. If you like your contemporary romance tender and accompanied by a strong emphasis on family and community, I think you will enjoy this book. It offers further evidence that Thayne continues to be among the very best writing in the small-town romance subgenre.”

Many readers have asked me what’s next. Watch for THE HOLIDAY GIFT, the next Cowboys of Cold Creek book, coming out in November. This is the long-awaited story of Chase Brannon and Faith Nichols Dustin of The Christmas Ranch. I’m currently finishing up the next Haven Point book, SERENITY HARBOR, coming out in July 2017. This features Katrina Bailey and a sexy newcomer to Haven Point, Bowie Callahan, along with a few surprises.

I’m also beyond excited to let you know that the next Haven Point book I’ll be writing after SERENITY HARBOR features (wait for it …) Jamie Caine! So many of you have asked me for his story and I’ve held off, looking for the absolute perfect woman for him. I think I’ve finally found her in librarian Julia Winston and I can’t wait to write the book … and it looks like they might make a visit to Hope’s Crossing during their story! I’m sorry to say it won’t be out until a year from now, October 2017, but I might offer a few teasing glimpses of Jamie and Julia as I write their book.

Thank you for your emails, Facebook messages, tweets and Instagram posts. I love connecting with you!

All my very best,
