Two books named RITA finalists for 2016
I’m thrilled to let you know two of my books have been named finalists in the Romance Writers of America’s 2016 RITA® Contest. REDEMPTION BAY has been named a finalist for best long contemporary and A COLD CREEK CHRISTMAS STORY has been named a finalist for best mid-length contemporary. What a huge honor this is, to be recognized by my peers in this way. The awards will be given out at a glamorous ceremony in San Diego in July (the romance world’s version of the Academy Awards!).
If you’re in the area, please come to the Readers for Life Literacy Booksigning, which will feature HUNDREDS of your favorite authors. It will be Wednesday, July 13 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina.
Utah Reader Appreciation Luncheon
Once more, I’ll be giving the welcome address and hosting a table at the Utah RWA’s annual Reader Appreciation Luncheon, which will feature keynote speaker Brenda Novak as well as Kristan Higgins, Dean Wesley Smith and more! There are only nine seats at my table and I would absolutely love to have you take one of them. Last year we had so much fun and readers came away with tons of free books and swag.
